Processing & Delivery Times
For orders placed before 10am, (AEST) Australian Eastern Standard Time, we aim to process the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. During events and launches, there may be a slightly longer processing time. All Reinvigorate orders are put together by hand and packed from Australia.
As our location is classified as regional, we cannot offer overnight delivery. Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Upon dispatch, you will immediately receive another confirmation email with your tracking number. If you do not receive these email confirmations, please email our friendly Customer Care at: support@reinvigorate.co
Please note- Once your order has been placed, we are sadly unable to change the delivery method.
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, transit times are out of our control once the parcel is with the carrier. Delivery delays may occur due to reasons such as weather, courier service issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We recommend checking tracking updates directly with the carrier for real-time delivery information.
Can I change or cancel my order?
All orders are final once they have been processed through the checkout. No further changes can be made to your order once processed including and not limited to; removing and/or adding items to your order, combining orders or cancelling your order.

International Shipping
Customs/ Import Duties and Taxes
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier. Duties /Taxes on goods vary widely depending on the product value and the country you are having your order delivered to. Reinvigorate will include a commercial invoice declaring the full dollar value paid on international shipments. If you refuse a shipment from Reinvigorate, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the import and return fees that may be incurred upon delivery back to us. Reinvigorate can not mark international orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce customs fees.
Please note, we currently do not ship to The United Arab Emirates, Malaysia, Philippines, Israel, Russia, Azerbaijan and China.
Tariff & Import Duty Policy (Applicable to U.S. Customers)
As of recent changes in U.S. trade policy, all international shipments entering the United States, regardless of value or country of origin, may now be subject to import duties, tariffs, or customs fees imposed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
Please be aware of the following:
- Duties and tariffs are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs listed on our website.
- Historically, all of our shipments fell below the $800 de minimis threshold and were exempt from tariffs. However, this exemption has now been removed for all shipments.
- Our products are manufactured in various countries, including Australia, the United States and China. Country of origin may vary by item.
- If you have any concerns or would like clarification on the country of origin before placing your order, please contact our customer care team at support@reinvigorate.co We are happy to provide this information to help you make an informed decision.
- If you choose to refuse a shipment, please be aware that you will still be responsible for the original shipping charges, as well as any duties, taxes, and return shipping fees incurred during the return process. These fees will be deducted from any applicable refund.
By completing a purchase through our website, you acknowledge and accept the potential responsibility for any applicable import duties or tariffs assessed upon delivery.
Return Policy

- Returns and Exchanges
At Reinvigorate, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as when you received them, and in their original packaging.

- How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

b. Go to your order history and select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
c. Follow the provided instructions to request a return or exchange.
d. Once your request is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to return the item(s). - Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item(s).
- If a return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.
- Refunds
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.
- Exchanges
- If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) to you after receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).
- If the requested exchange item is not available, we will issue a refund for the original purchase price.
- Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team at support@reinvigorate.co within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work to resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or a refund.
