Ordering
How do I place an order on your website?
To place an order, simply select the product you wish to purchase, choose the desired quantity, and add it to your cart. Then proceed to checkout, where you can enter your shipping and payment information.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment options, including AfterPay.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 Days and based on where you are located are delivered within 2-14 business days within Australia and 7-24 Days internationally.
Can i customise my order?
At this stage, we do not offer customisation of products. However, this will be implemented in the future. We intend to sell the recovery boards as a whole, but also as individual components, for ultimate customisation.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on our order tracking page.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

What size is the skate deck?
Currently all decks are an 8.5. More sizes coming soon.
Can the recovery board be used on timber floors?
Yes, the board is designed to be used on any surface.
Although carpet is definitely preferred to ensure longevity of the high-impact cork.
Are the balance points removable?
At this stage the balance points are fixed but they may be removable in the future and able to be purchased separately.
How long after an injury should I wait before using the board?
As soon as you can comfortably walk without pain, usually 1-2 weeks
How long does recovery take whilst using the board?
This will vary between individuals and be dependent on the severity of the injury. Generally speaking, recovery times range from 2 weeks to 3 months. Be sure to consult with a sports physiotherapist.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs may vary depending on the size of the order and the shipping destination. You can see the shipping cost for your order during checkout before completing the purchase.
Can I change the shipping address for my order after it has been placed?
If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Once your order has been shipped it's unlikely it can be changed.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
What is your Return Policy?
Our range of products all include a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. All Reinvigorate product claims for which are misprinted, damaged or faulty must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. You can find full details via our Refund Policy.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
